Teacher Professionalism

There are several  ways that teachers should be professional:

1- (Easy/best way) When a teacher do her lesson, she should do it like a story because students will get the ideas and some informations, the lesson will be clearly. 

2- Teachers should do activities to make the lesson interesting. 

3- Use materials like projector, it save time, also the teacher will focus directly on students.  

4- The teacher shouldn't be mad in the classroom, because the student will be nervous and scare.

5- The teachers should have responsibilities on students, her job, other teachers.

6- Be punctual.

7- Organise/control the class.

8-  The teacher should make sure if the students need something or help.

9- The teacher should learn the student how to think. Also it is better to ask the student where they want to do their lesson.

10- The teacher should be passionate positive.

WAY THE TEACHER NEEDS TO BE PROFESSIONAL?

1- Improve her skills.

2- All teachers even manager will trust her.

3- The students will be confident.
